Waltham Salvation Army Seeks Businesses to Display Paper Red Kettles
The Waltham Salvation Army is sending 51 Waltham children to Camp Wonderland this Summer and needs to raise $17, 500 to do so. Because of some very generous people and a Chateau fundraiser, and kettle drive at Market Basket, we have raised some of that goal but we are still in need of $12,000 to ensure that all 51 children have a stay away camp memory this year where they will enjoy sunshine and fresh air and make new friends.
We hope that you will help the Salvation Army reach this goal by displaying the paper Red Kettle at your establishment where your patrons may donate in any amount and sign the Red Kettle that you can place on display to show your and your customers support. At the end of July, volunteers from the Salvation Army will pick up the donations and they will take a photo of you for their newsletter to let everyone know that you participated in helping send 51 children to Camp Wonderland this Summer.
To participate please call Sally Collura at 781-838-1130 to arrange a convenient time for her to drop off a packet to you.
Thank You, Lt. Sarah and Moner Lapaix Waltham Salvation Army
