Blue Barre and Dance Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Waltham, MA. We are your one-stop group fitness studio! We offer toning and cardio classes as well as individual and group coaching classes. Our goal is to help you achieve your own fitness level.
Our group classes are open to men and women ages 16 and up. We specialize in BARRE, a 60-minute low impact, high intensity, full body conditioning workout that is not a dance class. It combines ballet-derived movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. Transform your body and sign up now to try a class!
