Once upon a time, in centuries not so long ago, thespians gathered outdoors to perform before local audiences. That's how it was in the early days of America and before that, "Olde England". Gore Place serves as the venue for William Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" performed by the Rebel Shakespeare Company's Teen Intensive Program.
This performance is open to the public and FREE of charge. So, pull the kids away from their devices, shut Pokemon off for the evening, grab some chairs, a blanket and pack a picnic supper. As a matter of fact, get there early and grab some of Gore's roast corn! There's nothing like live theater, especially when it is outdoors with Gore Estate as the venue. This event is much ado about something!
