The purpose of the Waltham Garden Club is to promote the love for and the knowledge of gardening among the people of Waltham and vicinity.
The Waltham Garden Club welcomes new and returning members. The Garden Club offers a wide range of projects and activities for those who love plants, flowers and gardens. We are all friends "growing together."
Join us for one of our many educational and fun events like the Christmas holiday design program, the fall floral arrangement workshop, or general meetings where we hear about a variety of topics like the creation of a Rose Parade float or enjoy a photo tour of Boston's Emerald Necklace.
We are one of the few Massachusetts Clubs that meet at night, plus you don't need to be a Waltham resident to join. Unless otherwise noted, all Waltham Garden Club events are hosted at the American Legion Hall 205 Waverley Oaks Road Waltham, MA.

In this hands-on workshop, our own Alexis Shaw will instruct us on creating a beautiful seaside star. Evoking a natural seaside vibe, it’s built on a natural twig star base, decorated with seashells and finished with a raffia ribbon. The Club will provide the twig star base and raffia ribbon, with members providing their own seashells. Small seashells (about the size of a quarter) work best. Please bring a glue gun; several glue guns will also be available on loan from the instructor. Workshop is limited to 24 participants. Be sure to sign up for this fun workshop! Our presenter will discuss his resolve to find innovative ways of saving water and energy, improving surface and ground drinking water quality, and creating healthier organic lawns to compliment flowers and buildings.
